Very beautiful flat (restored, spacious, bright, quiet and with a great view over a large canal and my garden) and located in a wonderful neighborhood where you will be able to enjoy the unique Venetian lifestyle. Indeed this area of the city center is still untouched by the tourism (but the highlights of the city are just a few minutes away) and here you can find (within 2-5 minutes of walk) a lot of art and history together with the best and cheapest bars and restaurants of Venice (together with a very convenient supermarket just 2 minutes away).
Right outside the door, there is a peaceful private courtyard by the canal where it is absolutely wonderful to stay with a chair and watch the water and boats passing by.
It's just a second floor, therefore there are not many steps!
