This elegant, generous and luminous apartment is settled on the ground floor and each bedroom has it's own outside space. The different levels of a few steps will give you a comfortable and spacious feeling . It is very tastefully furnished with all modern equipment including wi-fi and a printer.
Photos can not reproduce the reality which is even more beautiful and stunning. The pool is only about 20 m from the terrace, so you can sunbath also in your own garden without renouncing on the pool. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings with 360 gr. views on fields of sunflowers, wheat or corn and at the same time very good restaurants close by and also shops, supermarkets, bars for the cappuccino and a lot of culture if you seek for it.
The master-bedroom has a 180 x 200 m bed, is spacious with a romantic small cabinet and in built wardrobe. The bathroom is right besides a few steps down with a lovely big shower all marble tiles but still in a rustic style. A little proper terrace completes the privacy and spacious layout of this bedroom while the second bedroom has direct access to a little garden part, a smaller bed 160 x 200 m and a big ensuite bath room with a shower and a bath tub, also here it is satin marble tiled and respects the rural-elegant style of the whole holiday apartment. A Baby bed (Cot) is also available for Toddlers up to 2 years.
The living area is divided on two levels one with a big hand made Library, crafted by local carpenters, a huge big open fire place which can be seen and enjoyed also from the kitchen with it's arched window and door. The little stairs which leads from the living room with a big sofa and two very comfortable armchairs down to the kitchen makes it a whole spacious room but separated at the same time.
The habitable kitchen is more of a modern design with a big modern refrigerator, nice granite top and a comfortable big dining table for six persons.
A little storage room completes the apartment inside and gives space for luggage p.e.
From the huge kitchen arched door you reach your first terrace and around the corner a lovely lawn, all for you.
You can also see down to the pool and on the sunflower- or wheat fields and at the same time have a look onto the pool. It is a very inviting, charming and comfortable apartment and our guest have spent wonderful times here, enjoying a sophisticated Tuscany. A getaway which regenerates and allows you to relax.
