Summary: The service in this hotel was so outstanding that it made the whole trip. The rooms are very spacious and they have a cool vibe. The patio with the pool/jacuzzi (not hot but nice) is such a beautiful place to enjoy down time and a stunning view. The breakfast was good. The wellness center was not as expected. It was only a sauna and a hot tub that was not nearly hot enough. I didn’t use the spa services but my friends had massages that they enjoyed. Only thing I could point out is that the bathroom design could be better. There needed more hooks for towels in the bathroom and by the pool. They needed more counter space by the sink. There is no privacy for the shower. It is also about 15 minutes to Sorrento Center so we needed to take a taxi and they are not cheap.

Summary: Most incredible stay! We came for our honeymoon and were blown away by the hotel. The package we got with the wellness area was amazing, breakfast was wonderful and the staff were extremely professional and attentive. We travelled to a few places and this hotel was our favourite. I will say that the location is a fair bit of effort to get to Sorrento but it was great if you want to stay in the area and are happy to travel in.

Summary: I greatly enjoyed my stay at Laqua. Luigi is the star of Laqua, ensuring that breakfast was delivered timely and going above and beyond to make sure that guests were taken care of during the entire stay. Laqua provides a warm and enjoyable boutique hotel experience and the views of the coastline, with access to the hot tub just outside the room, makes for an unforgettable experience.
Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this place and will definetely come back! Everything was perfect… The view from the room was spectacular, the SPA was relaxing and the breakfast was wonderful! We are also really grateful that you accepted our little dog with such a warm welcome! Highly recommended this place.

Summary: It was very hard to find the entrance. It’d be better to change the sign bigger. Also, parking lot is not in the building. Quite far away from the hotel.
The pool in your room is room temperature, which means you can’t use it from October because it’s too cold to get in the water. Should’ve been noted on the website.
