Summary: We had a wonderful trip to Genova and Lella was a fantastic hostess. Her communication before we arrived was excellent- she asked how we wanted the bedrooms set up, provided great direction, and reached out prior to our flight and right around when we landed. She met us at the property to check in, gave us a tour, and baked us a delicious cake! She also brought focaccia from a great bakery right near the apartment. She gave all sorts of information about the neighborhood, parking, places to go, etc. she also offered to provide ideas for our trip, help with renting a car, whatever we needed. The apartment had plenty of space for myself, my parents, and my two children (7 & 9) the 3 updated bathrooms were great when we were all getting ready. The kitchen was very well appointed and the balcony provided a calm outdoor space for morning coffee in the sun. She was very responsive while we were there, and check out was a breeze. Castelletto is a perfect neighborhood. It is a 10 min walk to the center but is in a relatively quiet neighborhood. It has everything you would need- grocery store, cafes, gelateria, pizzeria, and gorgeous views! We used the ascensore almost everyday. We felt safe and comfortable walking around at all times and street parking was not too hard to find. Overall we had a fantastic trip, and this was a great apartment. I’ve already sent the link to a few other people planning trips to the area! Lella is a wonderful hostess.
