We rent a townhouse on the beach with a large garden that borders the state pine forest.
The beach is in front of the house and from the terrace on the first floor you have a beautiful view. The house is newly built; is equipped with air conditioning; In 2018 it was furnished with a kitchen and new bedrooms: the kitchen has a dishwasher, an induction cooker, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, an iron, etc.; the bathroom has a washing machine and a hairdryer. Nothing is missing for a comfortable and quiet stay.
The Lido di Volano pine forest smells of pine resin and you can collect pine nuts for pesto, blackberries and wild asparagus for risotto.
The sandy beach in front of the villa is large and has a flat seabed: there are no dangers for bathing children and the elderly.
Mussels are caught in the sea route between Lido di Volano and Goro: they are excellent to eat and are sold all over Europe.
There are many cycle paths in Lido di Volano: a cycle route through the woods to Lido Nazioni and past secluded beaches where naturism is practiced; a bike path leads along the sea to the tourist port of Goro; a road leads to the thousand year old Pomposa Abbey.
