Cascina Respaù is an independent hostel wich combine warm hospitality at cheap price with a typical rural restaurant. With the experience of backpacking around the world in hundreds of hostels, and after leading for 5 years our legendary restaurant , now we have put together our passions for travel and food, creating Cascina Respaù.
Located in a charming medieval building with an unique atmosphere, our place will give you the feeling of living out of time. If you are looking for a relaxing, easygoing atmosphere, if you enjoy being in nature away from the busy city, if you love genuine good food (and genuine good people) and especially if you're not just a tourist, Cascina Respaù is the perfect destination while you are visiting the beautiful Como Lake area.
Cascina Respaù is located in a beautiful regional park surrounded by nature on the hills above Como. Our place is not reachable by car, you can just walk here (15 min) or come with our little magic bus.
This give us the chance to experience the magic of the nature without the noise of the city but, at the same time, we are just few minutes from Como and its touristic attractions.
The city center and the lake are 4,5 km away, you can get there by bus (10 minutes) or walking through the wood (30 minutes)
Cascina Respaù has 4 rooms. All the rooms are fresh and bright, with wood ceilings and view of the wood around.
