This villa is a splendid holiday villa with private pool located in a natural park at only 7 km away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Located in the Umbrian hill near Tuscany.
The farmhouse is 250 m2 wide consists of two main floors, the mezzanine floor and the lower floor, which together have 4 double bedrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 8 adults and one child. The bathrooms are four, of which three are equipped with shower and one with bathtub.
The ground floor consists of living room, kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom.
The large living room has a fireplace, sofas and chairs; The kitchen is modern and perfectly functional with a view of the garden and the pool. From the dining area with table for ten people you can access the patio, which is also comfortably equipped for outdoor summer meals.
