Each kitchen is equipped with all amenities (freezer, oven / microwave, dishwasher, extractor hood) and every apartment has AstraSatTV.
On Mondays in the time from 16-22 o'clock the sauna of our wellness area can be used free of charge by all guests (we of course provide sauna towels). By appointment, the private use of our spa with sauna and whirlpool is possible.
We ask our guests to bring their own bed linen, towels and tea towels, if they are interested they can also be rented.
If necessary, for 15 € per stay a baby travel cot (for children up to 3 years) can be rented. 2 baby high chairs are available in the house.
If an additional bedroom is needed, the room "Reinegg" of the Villa Lageder can be booked favorable. The room has a double bed, satellite TV, sink with mirror and own marble toilet with sink / mirror. For showering, the main apartment is used or if necessary, the shower of the spa area. The historic Villa Lageder is located in the well-known South Tyrolean mountain village of Sarentino / Sarentino at an altitude of almost 1000 m. It was built on an old foundation in 1899 and completely and luxuriously refurbished from 2004 to 2006. Sarnthein is only 15 minutes by car from Bolzano!
The villa has six apartments, five of which are rented as holiday apartments.
Our property includes a large garden with mature trees, in which our guests are welcome. This offers you at various levels seat and moorings, as well as the possibility to grill.
In addition, we have in the villa a small spa area with spacious sauna (Finnish / organic), JacuzziWhirlpool (for two), shower and a nice relaxation room to relax.
The idyllic surroundings leave nothing to be desired by nature-loving hikers, bikers and skiers. Even gourmets get their money's worth in the Sarntal valley.
