It is the ideal holiday home for a family with children, being able to go and quickly return to the beach on foot, in a quiet and relaxing environment such as that of San Giovanni di Posada; in the immediate vicinity the main services are provided as well as, a little further on, from the village of Caletta di Siniscola. From the house you can quickly reach other beautiful beaches in the area, like those of Caletta, Budoni, San Teodoro, just to name a few. For larger groups, two other apartments are available that can accommodate 4 and 6 people respectively. Water, electricity and gas consumption: included in the rental price. Final cleaning: € 60.00. Kitchenette and crockery to leave in order and clean; otherwise a supplement of € 50.00 will be applied. Linen rental upon notice: € 20.00 per person. Small pets: always on request, € 50.00 per week.
