The flats were built according to modern construction criteria (earthquake-proof) and furnished with holiday furniture. The flat is located on the ground floor and is approximately 65 square metres in size and consists of the following rooms: a living room with flat-screen TV and sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dining area, followed by a hallway where other rooms are located: a bedroom (next to the living room) with two single beds; finally, an adjoining bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and a second bedroom with a double bed and a single bed for a total of up to 5 beds.
Outside, the flat has a terrace equipped with table furniture and 5 chairs, (where one can eat) and a garden exclusive to the flat, which is surrounded by a flower bed with two deck chairs for sunbathing.
The property can be reached from via Gardesana (main road running alongside the lake) and has a covered garage with one parking space for each flat, reception and communal swimming pool. We would like to inform you that there is a garden (area with olive trees) with the possibility of walking and for the needs of dogs and there are containers for depositing bags. To explore the surrounding area, especially after the construction of the cycle path along the lake, you can rent bicycles from us. Depending on the type, normal or electric, city bike or mountain bike, and with the rental of any accessories (helmet, basket, chain, padlock, battery recharge or insurance for damage to property or persons) a fee may be charged on site.
The village and beach are about 150 m away and can be reached via a footpath adjacent to the complex. In the centre of the village/town with restaurants and a supermarket there is a boat stop and also a bus stop.
