Winter or summer hikes are possible directly from the house. The nearest supermarket is about 1 km away, the nearest restaurant is just opposite or directly in Oberndorf (1km). You can enjoy the nightlife in Kitzbühel or in St. Johann i. T both are about 5 km away. In summer there are several mountain railways that are open. From there you can enjoy the view or go on beautiful hikes. There is also plenty for children to discover on the mountain. Swimming opportunities: Schwarzsee near Kitzbühel (6 km), Oberndorf outdoor pool (1 km), Walchsee (30 km) Worth seeing: Aurach Wildlife Park (10 km), very nice for children, the Crystal Worlds in Wattens (60 km), Innsbruck (90 km) is also worth a trip or of course Salzburg (80 km).
