This elegantly furnished 1 bedroom unit is either available as a ground floor with private porch and garden, or as a first floor with private terrace, both with outdoor table and chairs.
The internal layout is exactly the same: entrance hall leading off to the compact but fully fitted kitchen, equipped with electric 4 ring hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, juicer, and coffee machine, dining table and chairs.
The open plan layout is completed by the stylish living room with comfortable sofa that doubles as a double bed and sleep 2 people, a cosy armchair, cupboard, and tv stand with flat screen television with Sky TV. Double French door open either onto the private porch and garden or private terrace.
Off the living area is the bathroom with hydro massage bathtub with shower, perfect to relax in after a day in the city or playing golf, wash basin, WC and bidet.
The double bedroom contains a stylish metal framed double bed, writing desk and chair, a satellite TV, free standing wardrobe. Double French doors open to join the same porch and garden, or the terrace, enjoyed from the living room.
Included in the price you can enjoy a hotel service with daily maid service and mid-week linen and towel changes. For convenience, there is a small supermarket on-site where you can buy daily essentials, and a bar and restaurant offering breakfast and half board.

It is a gated property, with residents’ traffic only. The resort offers a hotel type service, with the choice of self-catering, the best of both styles! You can enjoy the indoor swimming pool, fitness room, sauna and Turkish bath after a day in the eternal city, all included in the price. There is daily maid service, twice weekly change of linen and bathroom towels, and you can avail of bar and restaurant for breakfast and meals.
