The apartment is 100 square meters and consists of a kitchen, living room with dining room, two bedrooms and a large bathroom of 10 square meters with shower with emotional waterfall. Restored with precious materials, with parquet floors, original ceilings in exposed wooden beams and LED lighting throughout the apartment. It is located on the third floor without elevator, is equipped with all comforts, heating, air conditioning, internet connection, 3 50-inch TV, safe, courtesy kit and hairdryer, towels and bed linen and kitchen supply, kettle, Nespresso machine, stereo with wire spread throughout the apartment.
