The three villas, two completely renovated recently and a third completed in 2021, can only be rented jointly and together with external services; they are located a few minutes from the center of Cefalù, near the beach of Gorgo Lungo.
They are surrounded by large green spaces allowing their guests a pleasant, quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
The large, bright rooms equipped with all comforts: independent air conditioning system, satellite television.
Outside there is a large garden equipped with deck chairs, umbrellas and outdoor kitchen with barbecue area, two swimming pools (with protective barrier) usable from March to November and on request also in winter: one for adults mt. 8x16 with depth up to 2.40 meters (the largest private pool in the area) and one for children mt. 4x6, 0.70 meters deep (heated), which being equipped with a whirlpool can also be used by adults.
From the end of 2023 the structure will be equipped with a private Spa, with sauna, Turkish bath, emotional shower, heated Jacuzzi hydromassage tub, relaxation area, with dedicated staff and at a cost of Euro 100 per hour.
The smaller pool can be heated only with a minimum notice of one week, and an extra contribution of Euro 200 per week to be paid upon arrival).

The first two Villas on the first floor have 2 bedrooms each, with double beds or single beds (according to preference) and 1 bathroom each, on the ground floor kitchen-dining-living room with bathroom; additional single sofa beds for a total of 11 beds and 4 bathrooms.
