The main level family room is equipped with a 42” Smart TV, dining room with table that can seat 8 with a smaller table that can seat up to 4 and a fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom on this level offers a queen size bed and 42” Smart TV and the other bedroom on this level offers a Queen size bed with TV. The full bath is a shower only on the main floor. The deck has a grill, outdoor seating, and table, and party lights making it an amazing spot to take in sunsets and enjoy the outdoors. The lower-level basement is accessed through the kitchen. There are 2 steps down to the landing and then a flight of stairs to access this level. This space is for entertainment. It features a small kid couch, rocking chair, Air Hockey Table, 50” Smart TV, and game space for rainy days.
