Located in a quiet condominium on the state road which is easily reached on foot from the Pulicchio ski lift connected to the Val di Luce and Abetone slopes and where there is the Abetone Multipass ticket office and ski hire. Ski without using the car!

Ideal for no more than 5 people, it can accommodate up to 7 people with the addition of 2 beds in the living room.
Linen is not provided except for blankets and pillows. The apartment, on the second floor without elevator, consists of a living room with fireplace, kitchenette, two bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a single bed, bathroom with shower. All the rooms have windows overlooking the Cimone and surrounding forests. In the living room there is a sofa that can have the function of an additional single bed, with another single additional pull-out bed. Wood is not provided for the fireplace or linen, except for blankets and pillows. Equipped with all the necessary kitchen equipment, including microwave oven, kettle, electric oven, fridge with freezer, grill and fireplace utensils. Also provided with television, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner. The hob is electric glass ceramic and hot water with electric boiler. The apartment has a special instrument that indicates the power used and, if the maximum is exceeded (3 KW + 10%) it sounds giving time to lower.
The apartment is on the second floor below street but it is very bright as it is located in an open area and all the rooms have windows with views of the surrounding mountains and forests. In the outdoor area there is a small condominium area reserved for the car park which is accessed through the road that runs along the building but which can be difficult to use in case of snow or frost, therefore often unusable in winter.
Guests can access all the spaces of the apartment, except for the wardrobe in the living room.
