Casa Tamì is located on the slope of Mount Etna within the property of an Italian-Dutch family who lives in the main house at 200 m with theirs kids, chow chow dogs, chickens and a cock.
The house consists of a single open space with an equipped kitchen, a double bed (160x200m) and a semi-opened (walk-in) bathroom with shower. The terrace is made even more welcoming with a quality sofa and two comfortable deck chairs.
Casa Tamì has a private access and a parking place within a peaceful residence, that includes other 6 villas.
The owner produces wine and offers a tasting experience with excursion to his favorite vineyard which is located on an extinct crater of Mt Etna at only 1 km from Casa Tamì.
During your stay you will be able to easily explore Mt Etna and discover all the local products, the city of Catania and the fisherman’s villages on the coast. The Mediterranean Sea is at 8 km at Acitrezza, a one-of-a-kind village, rich in good restaurants and ice scream parlours.
Other cafes and restaurants can be found even closer to the house, in the villages of Viagrande and Trecastagni at 5 minutes by car.
