Independent farmhouse just minutes from the historic city center, nestled in the rolling hills of Terni. The area is very quiet (just one km from the Basilica of San Valentino), the accommodation is brand new located on the ground floor with a small courtyard for parking for several cars. Inside there are two large bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a shower), a large kitchen with fireplace and adjacent to a living room (with TV) lit by a large door on the court. There is an armchair with a seat that raises for elderly and disabled people and the bathroom has a standard entrance for wheelchairs for the disabled. The rooms are heated by a thermo fireplace that sends the heat to the radiators of all the rooms. Reaching the desired places is very simple and takes a few minutes because they are optimally connected. It is also ideal for short stays. The accommodation has three tv's: a 32 "led last generation in the living room, a small tv in the pink double bedroom, a medium-large tv in the gray double bedroom. The accommodation can accommodate, on request, up to 12 people with the possibility of baby bed. The cost of the apartment includes bed linen and towels, car parking (up to 3 cars), wi-fi internet and consumption. The apartment is outside the historic center and therefore not in the ZTL (which includes the entire historic center of the city) and guarantees the parking space is always free as it has a private outdoor court. For years we have welcomed travelers who have always been happy and satisfied with their stay at the house. In winter the house is very warm and welcoming while in summer it is cool. The apartment guarantees tranquility, intimacy, proximity to essential services, internet connection that we know is important for those who are far from their home, a parking always free, the proximity of the center but with clean air.
