Summary: Two of the most important things for me was price and location. This property met both. A good value and close to everything (Colliseum, pantheon, trevi fountain, spanish steps, food, and grocery store). AC will freeze you out. With that said bathroom has no separate shower all in one, not much room to shower. The kitchen is up the narrow sketchy spiral staircase (held together a points with duck tape). The bigger refrigerator and washer do not work. There is a small dorm style refrigerator on the main floor. My opinion the kitchen is not very functional. Also, very important as you come in the building hidden in the spiral staircase is a very small elevator. Did not figure that out until we carried our luggage up to the top floor. It has one queen bed and a daybed with a trundle bed. Beds were comfortable. Main floor of the property was spacious and had enough storage. Overall good value for your money.
