Villa Flaminia is composed of two floors connected by an internal staircase, on the upper floor there is the living room with the open-space kitchen and the large covered veranda furnished with table and chairs overlooking the lush garden.
On the ground floor there are the 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower (one en-suite), the second large living room with library and large window onto the covered veranda of the garden.
All rooms are equipped with integrated air conditioning.
All rooms are designed to ensure maximum comfort and privacy. The large suites, furnished with high-quality materials and design details, offer direct access to the garden through the large window of the living room on the ground floor of the villa. Each bedroom has a double bed, one of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the outdoor spaces, creating a perfect balance between elegance and nature. To complete the experience, a barbecue area and an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven with everything you need to organize outdoor lunches and dinners. The outdoor shower with hot and cold water is located close to the olive trees, ensuring total privacy.
Main House and Guest House
In the Main House, the first floor opens onto a large living room with large windows that flood the interior with natural light. The modern and fully equipped kitchen connects directly to the outdoor dining area, making it easy to organize meals in company. On the ground floor, the private suites offer intimate spaces, each with access to the second living room and the garden through large windows that act as a trait d'union with the surrounding landscape.
The SPA with GYM

The Gym has a treadmill, hydromassage tub, sauna, en-suite bathroom, as well as a private terrace overlooking the garden. The Sauna is for 3 people, the Jacuzzi is for 2 people.
