The house is situated in one of the most beautiful valleys around the medieval town of Todi with views on the river Tiber and medieval village Montemolino. In the 7,000 m2 property you'll find a salt water pool and a beautiful garden to relax. We only rent out one apartment, there are no other paying guests. There are plenty of hiking opportunities at your doorstep. The cottage is in the middle of peace and quiet but on the other hand conveniently close to nice little restaurants, shops and markets. Beautiful cities as Todi, Orvieto, Assisi, Perugia and Gubbio are within a one hours drive range. Rome, Florence, Sienna, Montepulciano and many other gems are within 1,5 - 2 hour range by car. Whatever it is you're looking for, it is within your reach. Our property borders to an organic farm run by our good friends and neighbors where you can get fresh veggies, fruits and jams.
