Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The views from the terrace and private pool over the surrounding hills and Monte Catria in the background are incredible. The house is totally secluded and quiet, but the you reach the next supermarket or the cosy piazza of Pergola in 5 min by car. We spent a week with two families and we enjoyed that the garden has several spots shaded by trees with deckchairs, hammocks etc, so that everyone could find his favourite place. We recomend to visit Urbino (45min by car) or Grotte die Frasassi (30min by car)!

Negative: There is no wifi/internet and the 4G mobile signal is weak in most of the rooms and the garden. The kitchen downstairs is small but ok for a holiday.

Summary: Incredible views from terrace and pool - quiet and secluded, yet only 5 min from town by car
