The farmhouse is in a hilly location with a great view of the surrounding countryside. Guests will find a large, completely fenced garden (around 25,000 sq. m.) which is very well kept with plenty of cypresses, olive trees and oleanders which really make you feel the nature in the valley. The illuminated rectangular swimming pool is in front of the house and is 16 metres by 5 with a depth of 1.4m. Guests can also use the gazebo, the stonework barbecue, external refrigerator, beach umbrellas and comfy sunbeds. The sofas which surround the pool, the outdoor shower and the spacious hammock create a relaxing atmosphere for the entire holiday. The farmhouse has been elegantly restored, is on various levels and features every possible modern comfort. The main entrance on the ground floor leads to the spacious living area with satellite TV, a dining room and a well-equipped cooking area with direct outdoor access, plus a small bathroom. A small cellar with a fridge and storage room with wood-burning oven round up this floor. A staircase leads up to the first floor where guests will find 1 double bedroom with external bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with single sofa bed and bathroom with shower (double basin). A staircase leads to a mezzanine floor with 4 double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom with shower, and a washing room (washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board). A staircase leads to the second floor, where guests will find 3 double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom with shower. Also internally connected, guests will reach a second mezzanine floor with 1 double bedroom with bathroom with bathtub and shower, 1 passageway double bedroom (with air conditioning) attached to 1 single bedroom with French bed (with air conditioning), 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub.
