This splendid house has a wonderful view of the sea, located in Marciano, less than 3 km from Massa Lubrense and less than twenty minutes by car from the famous town of Sorrento.
It is suitable for 8 people in 4 bedrooms, it has its own private swimming pool and private terrace and boasts a garden and a parking area for guests’ cars.
The upper floor of the building is occasionally used by the owner. He has a private entrance, and he will not use your spaces and will respect your privacy.
We recommend to rent a car to explore the nearby towns, the nearest bus stop from the house is at 1 km.

Casa Tatano is situated in Marciano, a small village, about 5 minutes by car from Massa Lubrense and less than twenty minutes by car from the famous town of Sorrento. The house boasts the perfect location for easy access to the surrounding towns such as Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Naples, and the islands of Capri, Ischia, and Procida.
The centre of Marciano is less than 1 km away, where you’ll find a tobacco shop, a minimarket, and the bus stop for Sorrento. The closest beach is the famous Captain Cook bay, around 2 km away, where you’ll also find fantastic restaurants where you can sample the best local dishes.
The closest supermarket is in Massa Lubrense, about 5 minutes away by car.
