Casa Rasenna is a totally restored energy-saving farmhouse and is located in a panoramic position immersed in the Tuscan hills
between San Miniato and Pisa.
The property includes 12 hectares of olive groves and woods. A large garden with outdoor spaces equipped with a swimming pool measuring 12m x 5m and 120/150cm deep.
Pool towels, a changing room with a toilet are available. . Near the pool there is a nice equipped veranda where you can dine outdoors also taking advantage of the barbecue available.
The decor of the villa is in rustic style with some antique pieces, ceilings with exposed beams and arches.
On the ground floor we have a large living room with a fantastic fireplace, a kitchen, a bathroom with laundry, a dining room, a study and a wine cellar with fine and very aged wines, which are part of the owner's collection and therefore not for sale to the public.
On the second floor accessed by the external staircase on the facade, we have 3 double bedrooms, 1 of which has an ensuite bathroom, and one bedroom with a balcony and view. We then have a room with 2 single beds and a small room with a single bed. There are 2 shared bathrooms for a total of 4 bathrooms.
The property is insulated from heat and cold by the insulated roof and does not require air conditioning. However there are 3 mobile penguins ( portable air conditioning) available.
