Casa Piera is located in the hills (at an altitude of 600 m) just above the small town of Pettenasco. You can walk to the lake in 15 minutes or drive down in 5 minutes, Pettenasco is about 3 km from the town of Orta San Giulio, the major town on Lake Orta. The house is in a very tranquil and secluded position and enjoys wonderful views of the lake, the Island of San Giulio and the surrounding mountains. There is a restaurant and small bar within easy walking distance. The owner who lives in a separate house nearby will supply you with eggs from her hens, honey and home-made jam.

The house is surrounded by a very large garden and meadows with vines and trees, offering much needed shade during the summer months. The large (2 metre deep) covered balcony offers panoramic views on Isola S. Giulio and it has two loungers, a glass-topped table and 4 garden chairs. In front of the house is a lawned and terraced area with a stone table, parasol and barbecue - ideal for all your "al fresco" meals. Parking space available inside the property.

The spacious living room (24m2) has a comfortable double sofa bed and SAT TV. It opens out onto the garden.

2 double bedrooms (one with double bed and one with twin beds). An extra bed is available, if necessary. Well-equipped bathroom with shower cubicle, bidet and Jacuzzi-bath. Spacious kitchen (18m2) with dining area (for 6), oven and gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee-machine, toaster etc. Utility room with washing machine.
