Positive: Nino was very nice and welcoming. We contacted Nino saying we will arrive earlier than checkin time and he allowed us to checking earlier without a problem. Big apartment with 2 bedrooms and a separate kitchen that allowed us to put the kids to bed and have room to hangout. Free street parking in a nearby street

Negative: We originally looked for an apartment with AC given the hot summer and it did have it but we weren’t aware it costs extra €6 per day. We arrived at a very hot day with a baby and small child and the apartment was super hot even during night time, it wasn’t possible to stay without AC so we paid extra. Looking into Booking.com there are 3 places the AC is mentioned but only in the last place in the bottom it mentions that it’s for additional cost and the amount isn’t mentioned at all. This was disappointing

Summary: Overall a positive experience but transperancy regarding the extra charge was expected
