The property is a very well maintained detached house and is located 10-12 minutes walk from the center of Ponza (from the main port, not to be confused with the locality "Le Forna").
It is also easily reachable by car, 3 minutes from the center; under the house you can park easily on the public road. From the street to the garden of the house there are 18 steps (gentle). Not suitable for wheelchair users. The house is quiet and well ventilated. It was never necessary to install air conditioning. It has 3 bedrooms (two doubles and one with two bunk beds for a total of 8 beds; 2 bathrooms with shower, a large living room with well-equipped kitchenette (also with dishwasher), laundry area with washing machine, access direct to the terrace on the level of 30 square meters with a beautiful view of the Port of Ponza, a second terrace on the upper floor of 20 square meters and a small private garden of 30 square meters, on a level. We rent turnkey with household linen, dishes , pots, glasses, etc. and cleaning lady once a week.
