"Casa Laura Follonica" is a recently renovated apartment; it is located about 250-300 m from the sea and is situated in a beautiful location in the center of the town. The apartment overlooks a large square with palm trees (it is on the 4th and last floor without elevator of a condominium of 8 apartments) and can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children "Casa Laura Follonica" inside is structured as follows: one double bedroom with a romantic canopy bed, one bedroom with three beds (possibility of joining two singles), one sofa bed in the living room, one terrace on the square-garden, one bathroom with shower hydromassage (0.90x0.70) and hairdryer, one kitchen with an outdoor kitchenette equipped with 4 burners, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle, mixer, fryer, toaster, one kitchen terrace with drying rack and external drain. The apartment is also equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, iron and ironing board, independent heating, two satellite TVs with DVD. Both terraces are large enough for outdoor dining; only the terrace overlooking the square has curtains. It will be possible to use a storage room located on the ground floor, together with the free beach equipment contained in it. Baby bed, high chair and baby bath, sheets and towels, weekly change, Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available and included in the price. In front of the entrance of "Casa Laura Follonica" there are parking spaces with blue stripes available on payment, while about 100 meters away from the apartment, in front of the Church of San Leopoldo there is a parking lot with no fee (Ex Ilva).
Follonica is a cheerful coastal town, full of all kinds of fun and entertainment for young and old (large playground, a water park, all kinds of water sports, hippodrome, golf course and miniature golf, tennis and evening entertainment of all kinds). Follonica overlooks the most beautiful gulf of Tuscany, opposite the island of Elba between Punta Ala and Piombino. The sea is calm and quiet, low and transparent, and is therefore ideal for small children and to play on the white beach. There are free beaches and equipped bathing establishments. On the left the gulf closes with rocky beaches, coves and the famous beach of "Cala Violina". The railway (where all the main trains stop) connects Follonica to the various Italian tourist resorts.
