This villa (80 sq. m) is part of a farm house. It is located on the hills between Lucca (35 km) and Florence (50 km), on a quiet spot surrounding by nature with breath-taking views.
The villa develops on two floors. The owners live nearby (the land has terraces) but the clients have exclusive use of the pool (7x3 m - deep 1,20) and garden (200 sm. q) and a completely independent entrance.
Ground floor: Kitchen (with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave), one bathroom with shower. Studio with TV, two sofas, 2 baby beds available.
First floor: two double bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, one bathroom with tub.
On request there is the possibility to add 1 single bed in one of the double bedrooms ( extra to be paid locally: €75 per week per adult or €50 per week per child).
The villa benefits also of a nice veranda with table, chairs and barbecue where it is possible to enjoy the views onto the valley.
It is furnished in country style with some pieces of antiques.
Parking in front of the villa. The pool area is equipped with deck-chairs, sun-umbrellas, shower and a wooden house used as changing room.
