Outdoors and Swimming Pool
The outdoor area has a large, well-kept garden, mostly lawn with various kinds of trees, bushes and flowers. The rectangular pool has a hydromassage area and measures 6 metres by 12 with a depth of 1.5 metres, in a panoramic position underneath the house in a shaded area which can be reached via a stone staircase. All around the pool are sunbeds and beach chairs for relaxing in the sun or under the pergola and there is also an outdoor shower. The villa is on two floors and the restoration has conserved all original characteristics like the visible stone on some walls, typical arches and wood beams on the ceilings. The ground floor boasts a large, bright living room with sofas and armchairs, a fireplace and satellite TV, with a brick arch leading to the dining room with outdoor access. Four steps will take you down to the kitchen, complete with utensils and with outdoor access, with a bathroom with shower rounding up this area. A wooden staircase from the living room leads up to the first floor (there is also an outdoor staircase) with 2 double bedrooms, one of which has a bathroom with shower and bathtub, one bedroom with two beds, one bedroom with three single beds and a bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Casa Chiara is in a quiet area in the green hills between Tuscany and Umbria, near a small, ancient village and is surrounded by marvellous woods with oak and chestnut trees.
