Positive: No breakfast provided - the kitchen is well stocked and has room to make meals and keep your needed food. Lots of great markets for food close by and coffee shoppes too. Place was ok - it isn't quite as close to the ocean, shopping as shown in ad. If you have walking issues for sure is not a place to stay at. Two bathrooms were great. Vincentazo (spelling????) was great! We really appreciated him. The area is quiet but parking is limited in that area if you have a car rental.

Negative: The place could have been cleaner for the money charged for cleaning. Toilet seats are lose and in one case - needs a bolt completely; needs a lite in the outside entry area. Very dark there when coming in at nite - simple fix. And the roof in the main bedroom leaks when it rains.....there were at least 3 spots that it was leaking. Plus there was water coming in over the bed - bed was moved a bit to keep it from getting wet. Overall we were happy with our choice to stay there - just small things that didn't change how much we enjoyed our time there.

Summary: Ok place - we just used it mainly to sleep and it's good for that.
