Parking: our guests can park their vehicle on the pitch 30 meters from the house. The area is safe, because it is located inside the condominium, where only residents can access. Or you can park up to 2 vehicles in the courtyard. We emphasize that the driveway for parking in the courtyard is about 220 cm wide and sloping, therefore the transit of large cars or cars with low treads is not possible. Swimming pool: Our guests can use the shared swimming pool free of charge, open from July to early September . Variable height from 140 cm to 240 cm. The swimming pool is a service managed by the condominium and not by us directly, therefore we cannot have control over any related unforeseen events. In each house we point out that the swimming pool has always been usable and efficient every year since we bought the house. Guests have access to the entire house and will not share any space on the property with other people. the garden shed and two lockers inside are not accessible. The shared spaces such as the swimming pool and the shared parking are shared spaces.
We are located in the condominium of Porto Sa Ruxi, a quiet condominium of villas only near the beautiful beach from which it takes its name. The town is very lively and has all the services. Impossible to get bored, thanks to the numerous restaurants, wine bars, night clubs and the shopping street, Sardinian handicrafts and traditional food shops. The country, inhabited by locals all year round, offers all the services to enjoy a holiday full of fun, nightlife and seaside and recreational activities. While staying at Casa Alma, a vehicle is essential. In addition to the beach of Porto Sa Ruxi (reachable in about 7 minutes on foot), you can reach the other beaches in the area and the services of the town of Villasimius only thanks to a vehicle
