Positive: Ilaria was the agent, she was very responsive to all our queries and did her best to sort them out for us as quickly as possible. She actually checked on us almost every day to make sure we were ok and even left her colleagues phone number to contact if we had any issues on her day off. We appreciated the space, the air conditioning, beach was superb and quite close to the house. Ilaria also helped us sort out car rental and taxi to the airport. The housekeeping ladies too were very helpful in trying to get us a car. Thank you Ilaria and team!

Negative: Unfortunately there is literally the beach and nothing else except you are staying in one on the resorts by the beach. We thought there would be something to do after the beach in the locality but we had to go either to Costa Rei or villasimius. Lastly, the recycling system is quite a headache, 5 different bins and types of bags. Need to keep up with what is being collected everyday!
