This family-run house, consisting of 5 apartments spread over 3 floors, is located just 1.5 km from the center of Arabba(less than a 5 minute's drive), right next to thePordoiPass, in a quiet area with a magnificent view. Furthermore, it is important to note that on skis you can directly access the ski runs of Portavescovo-Pordoi via a narrow path in the woods (about 10 minutes): this means you can start skiing without the need for a car!
You have a panoramic view to the southwest.
This room is located on the second floor and, if necessary, can be booked together with the apartment on the ground floor or with the apartments on the second floor, although it is not connected to them. The room has a double bed and there is a bathroom with a shower. From the bedroom you can access the balcony. It is not furnished with a kitchen.
In the ski closet there is a ski boot dryer with automatic control.
In addition to winter sports, this place is also suitable (in summer) for mountain bike excursions, motorbike tours through the Dolomites, and hiking along fantastic itineraries such as the Passo Padon, Marmolada Pass, Sella Gruppe and Monte Civetta.
