Featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a beautiful large kitchen, a laundry room, spacious living room, new windows with screens, new AC.
Please note there is no elevator. Guests must be able to walk up 4 flights of stairs (4 flights in US terms, 3 flights in European terms).

The Wi-Fi is fiber which makes an important difference. (As a general rule, with the thick walls of many buildings in Florence, ADSL cannot reach through the walls and thus you get Wi-Fi only the room where the modem is, so fiber makes a big difference.)
Please note: Owner has a shoes-off policy. You want to bring something to slip your feet into, to be comfortable while in the apartment.
There is a tram stop 3 blocks away and a bus stop is very near the apartment. The tram comes every few minutes and the bus comes every 8 minutes during business/commute hours. The neighborhood around the apartment is very local, and removed from the crowds in the center, and it contains many amenities only paces away from the apartment.
To walk to the center of the city takes 20 to 25 minutes. To walk to Piazza Santo Spirito in the heart of the Oltrarno is 15 minutes.
Additionally, the hills of Bellosguardo are right behind the apartment-- a pretty place for walks. Also, right across the river is the large Cascine park which is excellent for exercising.
