Positive: The apartment is in a very convenient location for access to the historical old city and to the Minimetrò Line (Pincetto station). The connection of the Minimetrò to the main train station (Fontivegge station is right next to the main train station) made it very easy to access the train for our onward onward travel and also for a day trip to Assisi. The apartment is well equipped with a nice kitchen and bathroom. The bed was comfortable.

Negative: The courtyard was very nice but was made a little less attractive by the presence of pigeons above. Other than that, everything was very nice.

Summary: Comfortable accommodation in a very convenient location.
