The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, including two hot plates, a mini-oven, an oven, a dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The dining table is situated in the kitchen area, and there is a convenient exit to the terrace. A separate toilet is also located on the ground floor.
The upper floor comprises two bedrooms, one with a French bed measuring 170 cm and the other with a French bed measuring 180 cm. There is also a shower room with a toilet on this level. The entire house is heated with gas, and the floors are made of natural stone. The terrace is covered and has a patio, with terrace furniture, a portable barbecue, and deck chairs, making it the perfect place to relax.
