Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Quiet location, comfortable, helpful staff, access to thermal pools. Close to local train station for access to Pisa and Lucca

Negative: Some areas a little shabby, ie frayed carpets in corridors, bathroom fittings a little old fashioned, shower door/fittings leaked. Village is small so unless you eat at the hotel options are limited. Taxis to Lucca expensive as there are none locally. Train is better
