Positive: Located across the road from the sea. There are good restaurants nearby, a children's amusement park with carousels and much more. The apartment has all the necessary conditions for comfortable living. The air conditioner cools well. Nobody will disturb you.

Negative: There is no Internet. We have not received a specific answer to the question of when it will appear. The complex is not finished. There is no elevator. The windows on the landing are missing and are only half-boarded up. It is not safe.
