Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Apartment was ok and within reach of other party travellers and local amenities.

Negative: Non use of pool for whole duration of stay. Not acceptable for price we paid for our short stay. Have emailed BarbarHouse and Booking.com but no reply. Didn’t meet expectations booked as there was a lovely pool advertised but couldn’t use. Well disappointed as we didn’t want to go to beach each day. Not happy that we didn’t get what we paid for. Voucher confirmation said pool use from June 1st to September but it wasn’t. The least they could do is a refund for the inconvenience. Would have used in future as good location but won’t now.

Summary: Country and weather lovely disappointed pool was out of use.
