Positive: the kitchen was much better equipped than typical, with many essential items, including a good espresso machine. The location was very convenient. The host was very friendly and helpful

Negative: Only minor complaint was that there was some construction in nearby buildings making noise during the day, but that was not the fault of the flat owner, obviously, just a bit unfortunate
