Le Betulle apartment is a cozy and beautiful property located in a typical and ancient Umbrian farmhouse of 1600, called ' The Peanuts '.
The apartment is delved into the green Umbria's countryside. It is an excellent location from where explore all the area. In a few minutes you will be able to reach Bevagna (1.2 km), Foligno ( 10 km), Spello ( 11 Km ), Assisi (25 km), Spoleto ( 36 km), Perugia ( 38 km), Norcia ( 73 Km ) and Cascia ( 79 Km ).
The apartment is 55 square meters and has two bedrooms: the first one has a double bed and the second one has two single beds. Both rooms have a large wardrobe. In the living area you will find the kitchen equipped with oven, stove and dishwasher, dining table for up to 6 guests, a double sofa bed and a TV. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. Children are more than welcome in the apartment. We have also a cot and a high chair for them (everything for free, but only on request). The apartment has also a private parking with an independent access through the garden. In the apartment you sill also have a good WiFi connection. The apartment is at the ground floor and it doesn't have any architectural barriers in order to facilitate the entrance to people with disabilities.
