Apartment located on the basement of a villa with covered parking space and shared garden, 10-minutes drive away from the centre of Siracusa.
Guests will access the apartment through a pergola where a staircase leads downstairs, where the entrance opens to an open space living area with an open plan and well-equipped kitchen, a large dining table, a sofa and a TV. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and the other one with twin beds joined into a queen size bed. A full bathroom with shower completes the property.
Outdoors, there is a furnished garden and a pergola with a dining area shared with the owners of the villa, in addition to a covered parking space. At guests' disposal there is also free Wi-Fi that makes it possible to remote work comfortably.
