Entrance from the ground floor terrace, leading directly to the kitchen/dining room, which brings you to the living room. The property is on a hillside between the city of Lucca and the Versilia coastline. The area is full of large woods, small roads and scattered houses, originally old colonial houses and now villas owned by locals and Europeans who seek calm.
