Positive: Good location, 15 minute drive to Gubbio. Beautiful views from the lovely swimming pool area. Very friendly staff, especially Mirko who was always on hand to help. We had two excellent meals here, prepared by Diana.

Negative: The apparent was a little dark.

Summary: Warm welcome, delicious homemade food and great swimming pool.
