The apartment overlooks the large indoor condominium park, unique in Turin! Parking is free in the street throughout the neighborhood, so you can easily come by car.
*** The apartment of 91 square meters is located on the third floor of a period building with elevator, in a quiet setting 6 minutes walk from the Racconigi metro station, so well connected with the Porta Susa and Porta Nuova stations.
It is perfect for families: the door is armored with an electronic lock and the building has a caretaker; the large tree-lined internal condominium park with benches is ideal for children's play. The apartment is particularly quiet and quiet, with 2 balconies overlooking respectively a public park in Via Revello (a secondary street with very little traffic) overlooking the skyscraper of the Banca Intesa and the internal park. It has a large living room with a double sofa bed and a kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bath / shower, a bidet and a hairdryer and another bathroom with a shower cabin. CHECK-IN is normally from 16.00, but can be anticipated if there is no outgoing guest. CHECK-OUT normally takes place before 11.00 am, but can be postponed if there is no incoming guest
