The White Farm, Podere S. Antonio, is located on a hilltop overlooking a 'breathtaking view' of the countryside with the sea on the horizon. The house is surrounded by olive trees and wheat fields. Fig, apricot, plum and jujube trees surround the farm.
Inside, we offer over 200 square meters on two floors.
Ground floor: living room, around 50 square meters, spacious and bright, is dominated by the fireplace. On a dining room and an open kitchen, comfortable, equipped and furnished with everything you need. A former manger gives a sense of tradition and modernity.
Then there are two bedrooms with their own bathroom.
On the first floor you can enter more intimate lounge, where a double library full of books from home or provided by customers give a great sense of particularity; Here you have three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
