Casa Sa Launa is an independent house consisting of three double bedrooms, two of which are indoors with air conditioning, and one is external with a regular fan and/or ice-based cooling. two bathrooms one internal and one external (both with shower), entrance hall, living room with kitchenette (from where, thanks to a French window, we access the outdoor space).
The outside space is divided into two distinct areas: below we have a courtyard with a small canopy and a comfortable table where you can eat in company and in the open air; climbing the external staircase we find ourselves in the strong point of the house, a panoramic terrace with armchairs and sofas where you can admire the fantastic view of Montiferru and the unforgettable starry sky of Sardinia.
Casa Sa Launa offers a cosy and authentic atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Located in Seneghe (ORISTANO), the house is at the beginning of the village, in the immediate vicinity of the main services (pharmacy, bar, tobacco shop, restaurant). The location of the house is perfectly balanced between the beauty of the green (overlooking the montiferru) and the beauty of the blue, such as the relaxing and paradisiacal beaches of the west coast (being just a few minutes away by car).
