Payments and Security Deposit
- If applicable, electricity (and sometimes water) consumption will be calculated based on usage and charged at check-out.
- Upon arrival, a security deposit will be held on the guest's credit card (must be present and in the guest's name).
- The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (timing may vary depending on the bank).
- In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to withhold part of the deposit to cover any costs.

Booking Details- Klodge properties are private accommodations offered under short-term tourist rental agreements, as per Italian Law 431/98 and Art. 21bis of Regional Law 16/17 (Sardinia).
- As private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may show minor imperfections that do not affect functionality.
- Klodge is a licensed real estate broker specialized in short-term vacation rentals.
Online Check-in and Contract
- After booking, online check-in is required (upload ID documents and selfies for all guests).
- All data is processed in accordance with the GDPR regulation.
- Signing a tourist rental contract is mandatory. The contract is in Italian, with an English courtesy copy provided.
Key Collection
Keys are collected and documents signed at Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.
RecyclingA door-to-door recycling system is in place. Purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of waste properly before departure.

Standard check-in: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (depending on property readiness and other scheduled arrivals).

- 11:00 PM – 1:00 AM → €60 (upon request)
- After 1:00 AM → only with prior authorization
